{"id":83,"date":"2020-01-20T16:07:21","date_gmt":"2020-01-20T15:07:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/caoc.fr\/?page_id=83"},"modified":"2025-12-03T06:53:30","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T06:53:30","slug":"gymnastique","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cocac.fr\/?page_id=83","title":{"rendered":"Gymnastique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>GYMNASTIQUE :  Travail corporel, do in, shiatsu<\/strong><br>Le travail corporel est ouvert \u00e0 toute personne \u00e0 la recherche d&rsquo;un \u00e9quilibre psychique et physique par la pratique d&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 corporelle de base qui pr\u00e9serve la sant\u00e9 et pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres activit\u00e9s sportives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>A partir de la conscience du souffle, l&rsquo;acte respiratoire devenant source du mouvement, le travail met l&rsquo;accent sur la conscience du corps dans la \u00abma\u00eetrise \u00bb ou l&rsquo;abandon attentif.
